All-purpose flour

Sugar

Salt

Strawberries

Raspberries

Chocolate chips

Unsalted butter

Brown sugar

Ground cinnamon

Directions

1) Blueberry Lemon Dutch Baby

Ingredients

• 4 tbsp butter, salted
• 4 large eggs
• 2/3 cup whole milk
• 2/3 cup all purpose flour
• 1 tbsp sugar
• ½ tsp salt
• 1 tbsp vanilla extract
• 2 tsp lemon zest
• ¾ cup blueberries

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. In a blender, combine the eggs, milk, flour, sugar, salt, vanilla, and 2 tbsp melted butter. Blend for 1 minute, until smooth.
3. Mix in the lemon zest.
4. Melt 2 tbsp butter in a 10-12 inch cast iron skillet set over medium heat. Add the blueberries and allow the butter to brown around the berries, about 3 minutes.
5. Pour batter into the hot skillet.
6. Place skillet in the center of the oven and bake for 15 minutes or until the pancake is fully puffed and browned on top. Do Not open the oven during the first 15 minutes of baking, this will cause your Dutch baby to deflate.
7. As soon as the Dutch baby comes out of the oven, top it with pats of butter and sprinkle with powder sugar or drizzle with maple syrup.
8. Enjoy!

2) Waffle Santas

Ingredients

• Western Family Waffles
• 8 to 10 strawberries, sliced
• Raspberries
• Chocolate chips
• Whipped cream, canned or fresh

Directions

1. Prepare Western Family waffles
2. Slice strawberries and arrange as the Santa hat along the top half of the waffle
3. Use chocolate chips to create eyes under the strawberry hat, and a raspberry for the nose.
4. Use the whipped cream to create the Santa beard and pom pom for the top of the hat.
5. Enjoy!

3) Baked Apple Slices

Ingredients

• 30g Unsalted Butter
• ¼ cup brown sugar
• 1-2 tsps ground cinnamon
• Western Family Apples slices (about 2-4 apples)

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350 Degrees Fahrenheit
2. Grease a small baking dish
3. Place the butter, sugar and cinnamon in a small saucepan over medium heat
4. Cook until the butter has melted and the sugar has dissolved, set aside.
5. Place apple slices into the prepared baking dish
6. Pour the melted butter and cinnamon mixture over the apple slices and toss to combine.
7. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden.
8. Serve immediately, as is or topped with some whipped cream or vanilla Greek yogurt.
