Fresh & Easy Tomato Soup

Nothing warms you up on a cold winter day quite like a fresh and hot cup of soup.

Try out this easy Tomato Soup recipe from Chef Graham.

Ingredients:
3lbs Tomatoes
2 zucchini
1 red or sweet onion
1 litre Chicken or Veg Stock
125 ml Creamo or cream
Thyme and oregano
Salt and Pepper
Add water if necessary;)

Be sure to have a bit of char on the roasted veg. That’s where a lot of flavour comes from with so few ingredients!
