Butter Chicken Naan Pizza

Ingredients:

10 pieces, India’s Own samosa

400 ml Patak’s Butter Chicken sauce

5 pieces, Sundar Original Naan

½ cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

½ small red onion, thinly sliced

1 tbsp olive oil, for frying

½ cup fresh coriander, chopped

Directions

  1. Preheat oven 400°F.
  2. Bake samosas as directed on package (approx. 15 min). Set aside and let cool.
  3. Cut samosas along the bottom and remove filling onto a plate.
  4. Slice the samosa pastry into thin strips and pan fry with olive oil for 1-2 min.
  5. To assemble the pizzas: add sauce and cheese over the naan bread. Then spread the samosa filling overtop. Add fried pastry strips, red onion and coriander.
  6. Bake pizzas for 4-5 minutes, until cheese melts.
  7. Slice and serve.
